UBI-petitions to sign in Europe: official ECI and popular WeMove

European, keep in mind that there are even 3 different EU-wide petitions on Unconditional Basic Income and no good reasons why not to sign others if one of them is signed. However, only one of them will be mandatory for EU institutions to work with.
